Held under the wings of The Blast, whose main CS:GO tournament will kick off on Friday evening, the Gaming.dk Finals threw together the top four teams of the regular season, who contested the first prize of €1,600. On Thursday, only the semi-finals were played, with Cph Wolves easing past eSpuma 2-0, while Western Wolves came from behind to defeat fnatic 2-1 in a closely-contested match.
With Sebastian "izenb0" Riising still settling in Western Wolves, the Mad Catz Vienna runners-up fell short against Cph Wolves, who picked up 16-12 and 16-11 victories on de_dust2_se and de_inferno_se, respectively, to win their first tournament with the new lineup.
